Westland Crime Statistics

All arrest records and crime reports are under the Westland Police Department’s jurisdiction. As the main law enforcement agency in the city, the Westland Police Department collates and creates a yearly report of all reported index crimes and statistics in the city. In the 2019 crimes report, Westland City reported a total number of 1,550, including 316 violent crimes and 1,234 property crimes.
